Part 1 – Financial & Operational Analysis
•Led by experienced turnaround practitioners
•Focus on financial diagnostics, operational issues, and management challenges affecting a distressed company
Part 2 – Legal Strategy & Negotiation
•Joined by experienced restructuring attorneys
•Explore the perspectives of debtor’s counsel and creditor’s counsel
•Walk through a loan forbearance negotiation from both sides
